Carter's Car Care (3C's) was opened in 2010 by Dustin Carter. Growing up around the automotive repair industry, Dustin knew exactly what he wanted to do. 3C's started with just 1 mechanic, that was Dustin. Fast forward to 2018 when Dustin finally hired his first employee. Now its 2026 and he has 10 employees.
